Description

We are looking for an Internal Recruitment Resourcer / Advisor to join our small, but perfectly formed in-house recruitment team. This is an exciting time to join us, working at our head office based in Epping, Essex.







This is a high volume, fast paced role, which will be best suited to someone who is able to build relationships easily and is driven by results. You’ll love to talk, and be comfortable with picking up the phone to candidates and hiring managers, along with being self-motivated with great communication skills. You’ll be filling vacancies across the business, from Administrators to Heads Of Department, managed by our ATS, Networx.







You’ll have previous experience working in a busy recruitment environment as either a Resourcer, Administrator, or Advisor. The role will offer you lots of variety and the potential to grow and learn as the team and function evolves.

What you’ll be doing…








  • Working with managers, taking briefs on vacancies and advising on advertising campaigns

  • Sourcing and engaging with candidates for open vacancies

  • Posting vacancies, and managing the application process

  • Making sure hiring managers are reviewing CV’s quickly

  • Pre-screening and telephone interviewing candidates

  • Managing the recruitment inbox and dealing with any ATS queries

  • Arranging interviews with candidates and liaising with manager’s to work out their availability

  • Managing and updating data on the recruitment and HR systems, making sure data is accurate

  • Managing the offer process, making sure the candidate has a good onboarding experience

  • Supporting on interviews where required

  • Making sure managers are recruiting in line with the law and HR policies







What you’ll need…







We are looking for confident, personable, and ambitious individuals who are willing to learn. You’ll need to have strong communication and listening skills in order to be successful in this role. The working environment is fast-paced so the ability to plan and prioritise will be key. Previous recruitment experience, either within an agency environment or an in-house role is essential







You may also have experience of one of the following: Internal Recruitment, Specialist Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Manager, In-House Recruiter, Careers Consultant, Resourcer, Resourcing Specialist, Internal Resourcer, Talent Acquisition
