We are recruiting for a Receptionist join our Belfast office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy office where you will be the first point of contact for both internal and external visitors.

Package description

Main responsibilities

As a Receptionist we expect you to deliver the following:

  • Create a welcoming environment and provide a professional front of house service to visitors and people contacting the Firm.

  • Set up all IT equipment including laptops, plasma screens, DVDs, Video conferencing and presentations as requested for each meeting.

  • Check conference rooms prior to and when vacated by clients, ensure the rooms are cleared and set up for the next meeting and facilities in the room available when the meeting starts.

  • Ensure conference rooms are organised for events in conjunction with Business Development. This may require attendance at early morning or evening events.

  • Ensure rooms are allocated effectively and to maintain the NFS room booking system and ensure all entries are accurate and meaningful and to update the diary for the visitors car parking and liaise with security to monitor the car park spaces.

  • To complete any other administrative duties as and when required, including processing courier and conference call requests.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively.

  • To be familiar and knowledgeable about the business and people of the firm.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all time.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Strong IT skills with good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
