Our Levy UK business is on the lookout for a People Operations Manager to join us at an amazing venue - Stamford Bridge. This is a brilliant venue and a great opportunity for someone with experience of providing staffing solutions for casual and hospitality staff for major venues and stadiums.  This role is fundamental to delivering a successful match day.

Main responsibilities

The People Operations Manager will lead the People Operations Team and be responsible for the below:




  • Recruitment & Attraction – including all aspects of recruitment, selection and agency management

  • Finance & Compliance – including payroll management and finance management

  • Engagement – including communication and welfare, employee engagement and training for event staff

  • Operations – including labour and event planning and event day operations



This position is for someone who has experience in leading a team to support their development and to achieve the best results as part of the People Operations Team. The team at Chelsea are a great team and really need a leader that they can look up to and get the support in which they deserve. 


Ideal candidate

To be right for us, you will ideally have previous experience providing staffing solutions. You will ideally have experience or knowledge in the following areas:




  • Experience of providing casual staff in a catering or hospitality environment

  • Dealt with large volume recruitment of casual, hospitality staff

  • Computer literate with a good working knowledge of excel

  • Previous experience managing a budget

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Leading a successful team
