An Office Assistant (Administration) is required to join the ranks of Anson McCade Belfast as they continue to excel in delivering their highly-regarded services to some of the world’s leading brands.

Since setting sail from London to Belfast in 2014 Anson McCade has grown by over 400%, making this a unique opportunity for an Office Assistant (Administration) to join one of the recruitment industry’s hardest working and dynamic internal recruitment teams.

As our new Office Assistant (Administration) you will work to support, and develop our operational and administrative functions, enabling some of Belfast best recruitment consultants to deliver the elite services they have become known for.

We are offering the successful Office Assistant (Administration) a fantastic opportunity to develop their administration skills and proficiencies; as well as the chance to work in a fast-paced and vibrant setting, where every day brings new challenges.

Within this role, the successful Office Assistant (Administration) will have plenty of opportunities for career progression and development, in administration or as a Recruitment Consultant; depending on performance and career aspirations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Using Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook to complete day to day tasks
  • Supporting with recruitment activities as and when required by our Consultants
  • Champion building the internal database
  • Assist with resourcing
  • Manage and log incoming candidate calls
  • Any other duties as directed

Essential Criteria:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs to include English, Maths and Science or Technology focused subject
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Effective problem solving with positive outlook
  • Ability to plan ahead and anticipate changes to client or staff requirements
  • Confident communication skills both in person, written and over the phone
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure
  • Organisation and time management skills
  • Prepared to get stuck in with all tasks, glamourous or otherwise
