Description Package description

An opportunity has arisen within the Planning and Transport Strategy service for a Local Land Charges Administrative Officer.  This is a key role within a busy team and we are looking to recruit a customer focused team player, with a good knowledge of office administrative systems and processes.

You will have a keen eye for detail, a clear understanding of IT systems, with proven organisational skills to manage competing priorities and effectively contribute to delivery of the team’s objectives.  As a self-starter you will work flexibly and use your initiative to problem solve and to improve service delivery.

We are positive and ambitious – When you join us, you’ll apply the same approach.

There has never been a ‘more challenging’ or ‘rewarding time’ to work for Richmond and Wandsworth.

In return, we can offer you working arrangements that will enhance your work-life balance.  These include home working (dependent on service needs), and a generous holiday allowance of 31 days plus bank holidays.

In addition, we offer a range of staff benefits such as membership of the Local Government contributory pension scheme, new technology scheme, interest-free loans on annual travel cards, discounts at many leisure activities, restaurants, shops and other establishments. A wide range of developmental opportunities are also offered.

If you would like to discuss this opportunity in more detail please contact Christine Cook, Information and Business Support Team Manager on 020 8871 6790 or email or John Stone, Head of Planning and Transport Strategy on 020 8871 6628 or email
