If so, we are currently recruiting for Inbound Sales Advisors to join their Membership Enquiries team in Selsey. Due to continual success, we are looking for a driven and dynamic individual to consultatively sell our membership subscriptions to prospective members. The ideal Inbound Sales Advisor will have previous experience gained in membership sales, trade related retail sales, call centres and other customer driven roles. We will also consider enthusiastic candidates at the beginning of their career who are looking to kick-start a successful career in sales.

The Role



As an Inbound Sales Advisor you will take inbound membership enquiry calls and identify sales opportunities with prospective customers. You will provide a consultative service by presenting the key features and benefits of our membership and finding out the best way that we could support the trader. This will involve actioning requests via web submissions and incoming telephone enquiries to discuss potential membership. You will then effectively close the sale by arranging appointment for the Membership Consultants in line with appointments criteria.



During quieter periods you will be expected to complete outbound calls to generate new interest in the brand in order to reach your targets.



We are looking for people who can consistently maintain the highest level of customer service, in line with our values. You will also need to be able to work independently off your own initiative as well as being able to target orientated and motivated by selling.



Working hours: Monday -Friday 9am-5pm
