We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Hygiene Manager at our site in Ashton-Under-Lyne, Manchester, reporting to the Technical Manager to ensure that all areas of the factory, both environmentally and equipment are cleaned in accordance with the schedules and to the correct standard. Responsibilities will include acting upon any issues arising from internal and external audits, raising any areas of non compliance with the relevant area manager and continuously improving policy on procedures and equipment as well as advising departments on safe cleaning methods and ensuring that cleaning schedules are up to date.

Our ideal candidate will show professional competence by qualification or by relevant professional experience. Experience of managing the hygiene of a food manufacturing site is essential as well as experience of hygiene working practices and audits.
