Description Breezemount are leading providers of 2-person home delivery services and now an opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to assist in the effective running of the HR department that offers a competitive salary based on skills and qualifications.



The Role

Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner, the HR Administrator will be responsible for:


Maintaining and updating the HR system (Cascade) with changes to employee data and processing leavers.
Monitoring absence, sickness and chasing timely completion of return to work interviews and updating this onto the HR system.
Keeping the employee benefits portal up to date with relevant employee information.
Preparing any relevant documentation associated with the management of absence and performance.
Providing administrative support during investigations; disciplinary and grievance hearings, flexible working, welfare meetings etc.
Preparing monthly and ad hoc reports.
Providing general HR administration support to the management team as required.
Supporting at an administrative level with any other ad-hoc projects, as required.




This is a full time and permanent position working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.





The Person

To be successful in the role you will require:


Previous experience working in a HR Administration role in a fast-paced environment would be desirable.
Excellent written and oral and communication skills.
Excellent administration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as within a team is essential.
Keen attention to detail and a good degree of accuracy with the ability to pick up on minor errors.
Confident using Microsoft Office packages in particular Word and Excel.
