Description NCG are searching for an experienced Project Manager and Leader who will be responsible for establishing and running a Project Management Office with the objective of ensuring all projects are delivered using a ‘best-practice’ Project Delivery Approach and are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality. The successful candidate will be an outstanding leader with a wealth of experience delivering complex projects across a variety of different areas.

The candidate will be capable of;

Developing and leading the NCG approach to project and programme management.
Leading a programme of change so that it is aligned to strategic objectives and improves learner outcomes
Being a collaborative leader who is able to translate organisational change into value added solutions
Providing expert knowledge and support and monitor progress and reporting on the portfolio status.
Overseeing the portfolio of organisational projects and programmes to ensure they deliver clear outcomes and benefits
Directing management of projects/programmes

Reporting directly to the COO this is a senior position leading across a multi divisional organisation. NCG comprises of 9 divisions with locations across England, Wales and Scotland delivering education within FE, HE and the apprenticeship space.
